MONROE — Area residents and visitors will get a chance to watch cheese being made and to help stir the pot to make it happen on Saturday, Sept. 9 in Monroe.

The annual event is slated to run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Historic Cheesemaking Center, located on Wis. 69 and 21st Street. All are welcome and there is no charge for admission.
