FREEPORT — The Rockford-Freeport Kennel Club will be holding their long-running AKC Dog Show at the Stephenson County Fairgrounds in Freeport. The show will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 1-2. 

They will have over 700 dogs competing in 121 breed classes. They have nationally known judges participating.

The public is welcomed to come and enjoy this 40-plus year event and delight in watching these impressive canines compete for the best in show.
