Participants will learn how to tap into the benefits that come from recognizing AWE moments and improve their wellbeing.
Guest organization Farm Well Wisconsin partners with farmers and community members in Southwestern Wisconsin to develop and offer resources that support the health and wellbeing of farmers, farmworkers, and their families. Farm Well Wis. believes farming well depends on taking care of our bodies, minds, emotions, and relationships.
Shawn is the son of former dairy farmers, went to school at UWSP for Health and Wellness Management and works with Southwest CAP (Community Action Program) as a Community Health Worker in its Farm Well Wisconsin program.
