MADISON — Home sales in July fell 14.2% relative to July 2020, with every region in the state experiencing a decline. The statewide median price rose to $250,000 in July, an increase of 10.7% over the past 12 months.

Green County median price increased by 39.5% to $245,450 with sales decreasing by 16.4%.

Lafayette County sales increased by 10.5% with median price also increasing by 19.6% to $180,000.
