MONTICELLO - Monticello Public Library is hosting a discussion on gardening, "Bring back the victory garden," at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, at the library. Dan Stoudt will share some advice on starting a garden at home, planning a vegetable garden, how to grow more in the space you have, square foot gardening, watering, transplanting, compost, and weeds. This is a free public service provided by the library.
