MONROE - Father Michael Klarer of St. Victor Parish, Monroe, will speak at noon on Wedn-esday, Nov. 11, in Wesley Hall at the Monroe Arts Center, located at 1315 11th St. This presentation is free and open to the public. At this brown-bag lunch event, Klarer will talk about Charles Dickens, "A Christmas Carol," Victorian England, and his adaptation of "A Christmas Carol" for the stage.
