Kids can make frog in parks class

MONROE - Monroe Parks and Recreation Department offers children a chance to make their own stuffed frog. This program will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 1, at Recreation North Shelter. Choose Froggy (green) or Fergie (pink). Children will be able to wish on a star, name it and design a shirt. Jump on this opportunity because spaces are filling fast. Cost to participate is $15.
