FITCHBURG — The Friends of the Badger and Sugar River State Trails group will hold an in-person meeting at 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 16 at the Fitchburg Library, 5530 Lacy Road, Fitchburg.

The group partners on numerous projects with local communities and the Wisconsin DNR. Projects include trail maintenance, educational programming, trail advocacy, and more. 

Membership fees are modest, and a portion goes to fund the trail activities. To join, visit the Friends’ website, and click on the Membership tab.
