DUBUQUE - Come and watch our national symbol, the majestic Bald Eagle, soar around the Mississippi River at the 20th Annual Bald Eagle Watch from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 19 in Dubuque. Indoor presentations and exhibits will be located at the Grand River Center, located at the Port of Dubuque, 500 Bell Street, in Dubuque. Outdoor eagle watching will be available at A.Y. McDonald Park (Hawthorne Street Boat Ramp) south of Lock & Dam 11.
