MONROE - The Driftless Area Artists are hosting an art activity at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Monroe Arts Center.
Participants are asked to bring any tools and materials they have to make original greeting cards to be used by the DAA for special occasions. Participants will meet in the second-floor classroom of MAC for this activity. The free event is open to the public.
The DAA board of directors will meet at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 10 at MAC to finalize the monthly activities for its 2017 calendar. Information on the upcoming shows at the Beloit Art Incubator and the New Glarus Library also will be shared. All DAA members and prospective members are encouraged to attend.
