Jean E. Heinzman, Belleville, graduated Dec. 15, 2007 from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee. Heinzman received a bachelor of science degree in management, graduating magna cum laude. Heinzman is the daughter of Dorothy Fisher, Belleville, and the late Kenneth R. Schneider.
