SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — Jennifer Scace of Monroe  has earned her Bachelor of Science, Nursing degree from Western Governors University. 

The online, nonprofit university held its 67th, 68th, 69th, and 70th commencement ceremonies last fall and earlier this year to celebrate the recent graduation of nearly 22,000 students.
