BLANCHARDVILLE - The Reverend Mark Gruner of Blanchardville Lutheran Church will reflect on the "Voting Justice, Voting Hope" conference he attended in April at 7 p.m. Thursday, July 3, at River Valley Trading Company, 204 S. Main Street, Blanchardville.
Gruner attended the "Voting Justice, Voting Hope: Progressive Faith Taking Action" in April 2008 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This national gathering on faith and politics was sponsored by the Plymouth Center for Progressive Christian Faith. The conference addresses political, economic, and social concerns as well as re-forming a community sense.
