Bank Opens Doors On New Facility

The Bank of New Glarus opened its doors for business at its new Monroe location on Monday, Feb. 6, 2022. The facility, located on 8th Street next to South Wis. 69 on the city’s west side, was build from the ground up on the location of the former Brennan’s Market, which closed about five years ago. Bank of New Glarus purchased the property, and in early 2022 tore down the former building. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held Feb. 9. - photo by Adam Krebs

Bank of New Glarus purchased the property, and in early 2022 tore down the former building. Due to the weather forecast for February 9, the Ribbon Cutting at Monroe branch is changed to Friday, February 10th at 11:00am.
