The Argyle Public Library welcomes author Peggy Prilamen Marxen on Thursday, Feb. 9 at 1 p.m. Marxen wrote “The Farm on Badger Creek: Memories of a Midwest Girlhood”,

in which she recounts her family’s rural farming life in Northern Wisconsin and its evolution from her settler ancestors to the modern day. Books will be available for purchase at the event. This event is cosponsored by Historic Argyle.
