The Arc of Green County presents a check to Main Street Monroe for the pocket park that will be built on the northeast corner of the square. Main Street Monroe is partnering with the city of Monroe to bring the project, which will include public restrooms, to fruition. There will be a groundbreaking ceremony for the pocket park at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22.
