Annual GCDC Breakfast Oct. 17
Event to focus on Entrepreneurship in Green County
GCDC

MONROE — Green County has a rich history of entrepreneurs. From the many cheese makers around the county to companies like Colony Brands to Badger State Ethanol and smaller niche businesses like The Artful Dressmaker, the entrepreneurial spirit is present throughout our area.

Green County Development Corporation (GCDC) invites the public to learn more about what it takes to be an entrepreneur, how Green County supports entrepreneurs, and to get inspired by local entrepreneurs during the panel discussion.

Panel members will include John Baumann, former CEO at Colony Brands and co-owner of Monroe Golf Club; Dr. Gary Kramer, co-founder of Badger State Ethanol and former veterinarian; and Deborah Ruschmeyer, owner/operator of The Artful Dressmaker, a design studio located in Monroe.

The event will be held Thursday, Oct. 17 from 7:30-9 a.m. at Monroe Golf Club, 2205 21st Street Monroe.

Seating is limited and early registration is highly suggested. Registration will close Oct. 11 or when seats are filled. Register at https://bit.ly/GCDCBreakfast or contact GCDC at 608-328-9452, or gcdc@greencountydevelopment.com for questions.

GCDC is a non-profit organization that serves as a bridge between public and private partnerships investing in the economic future of Green County.
