Jerry and Robin Pardus, McConnell, are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary with an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, at their home. A party starting at 6 p.m. at JR'S Bar and Grill in McConnell will be given in their honor by their children. Omit all gifts.
Jerry Pardus of Orangeville and Robin Weber of Cambridge, Ill., were married on Sept. 7, 1985 in the Orangeville United Methodist Church.
Jerry is a retired sergeant with the Stephenson County Sheriffs Department, and Robin is a homemaker. Their family includes a son and spouse, John and Joy Rohdy, daughter, Amber Pardus and son, Jerry Pardus and two grandsons, all of McConnell.
A trip is being planned for later in the year in Wisconsin and to Minnesota.
