A group of Airstream camper enthusiasts traveled to Monroe this week, camping out at the Green County Fairgrounds. The Airstream Club International is in Monroe from June 6-9 for “Sip of Wisconsin” weekend, an event sponsored by Grapes and Grain. The group planned to enjoy local beer and cheese, and learn to make cheese fondue. They also planned to tour the National Historic Cheesemaking Museum and visit the Alp & Dell Cheese Store. The Airstream Club International claim to be the longest-rolling, single branded RV club in the world.
