FREEPORT - The Jane Addams Chapter of American Business Women's Association recently honored two women who have contributed much to their communities and to the organizations they volunteer with through out the year. The organization selected Peggy Larson of German Valley, Ill., as its 2010 Woman of the Year and Julie Morhardt of Orangeville, Ill., as the Jane Addams Chapter Business Associate for 2010.
