BELLEVILLE - Eight Sugar River wrestlers won their matches against Waterloo Thursday night, as the Raiders recorded a 54-15 team win over the Pirates.
Jack Nelson (195), Emanual Gomez (285), Sarah Marsh (106), and Evan Dorn (132) all recorded pins for Sugar River. Bryan Laube (182), Brett Grinder (145), Young-Chul Vetterli (152), and Jacob Larson (160) all won their matches by decision. Three other Raiders won their match by forfeit.
The Raiders will compete at the Wisconsin Dells tournament on Saturday.
