MONROE - Life scout Ben Becker held a fundraiser Wednesday, May 4 at Papa Murphy's, in an effort to have a press box built for the Green County YMCA Blaze football team.
Ten percent of the sales from pizza will go towards the project. Becker, as part of his Eagle scout project, is raising money to have a press box built for the YMCA.
Becker will also have a fundraiser May 24 at Pizza Hut, from 5 to 8 p.m. Becker hopes that construction of the press box can start later this summer and it will be ready for the Blaze football season in the fall.
