OREGON - The Monroe golf team picked up its first dual match win knocking off Badger South rival Oregon 185-194.
The Cheesemakers' nine stroke victory over the Panthers included some standout performances. Kyle Bruce carded a team-best 44 for the Cheesemakers, Yossaporn "Ice" Luengsathitaul, an exchange student from Thailand, had a 46. Dylon Wilde shot a 47 and Jessy Stagliano each added a 48. Eric Timm finished with a 53.
Monroe will host the Best Ball Invite Saturday.
