MONROE — Monroe Clinic & Hospital Foundation, a member of SSM Health, held its 18th Annual Golf Outing on, Tuesday, Aug. 1 at the Monroe Golf Club. Participation included a turnout of 152 golfers and 183 guests for dinner at the Ludlow Mansion Events. This year’s event raised over $90,000.
“Access to quality healthcare enriches a community and must be available to every person. Our focus this year is to expand infusion capabilities to accommodate more treatments locally, keeping our patients here and close to home,” shared Jane Sybers, Monroe Clinic Foundation Executive Director.
The evening program provided updates from the hospital and foundation including information on inpatient dialysis and oncology services. To round out the evening, a silent and live auction, which featured popular experiences such as a week-long stay in Colorado; wine tasting evening package; maple syrup party; and Badger tickets, brought forward the competitive spirit of many.
Dollars raised at this year’s golf outing support the infusion clinic in Monroe and the Future of Healthcare Endowment Fund.
A special thank you to Ace Sponsor, CG Schmidt, for its fifth-time sponsorship at the $10,000 level. Special recognition also to Ruda Toyota and Monroe Radio Shack/Gombosi Electronics Solutions for their hole-in-one sponsorship.
