MILTON - Though the Cheesemakers had a number of swimmers set personal records, the team lost to Milton 121 to 40 in their last dual meet of the season.
Monroe freshman Skylar Lassen finished in third place in the 200-meter freestyle and third-place in the 500-meter freestyle with a time of 6 minutes, 17.06 seconds.
Monroe senior Angie Beaver took third place in the 100-freestyle (105.02) and third place in the 100 backstroke (114.86).
Sophomore Abby Oudinot finished in third place in the 50-meter freestyle (27.84).
Teammate Mackenzie Hesgard finished in third place in the 200 IM (2:52.63) and Monica Sefcik took third place in the 100-meter breastroke (1:35.83).
Alyssa Sinkle had a personal best in the 100 freestyle with a time of 1:11.93 and in the 100 backstroke in 1:27.66. Anna Meritt set a personal record in the 500 freestyle, finishing at 6:21.06 and Samantha Hose had her best time yet in the 100 freestyle, clocking in at 1:15.59.
"We have a lot of work ahead of us as we get closer to the end of our season," Monroe coach Linda Moser said. "The girls need to stay focused and give everything they have so they will have no regrets at the end."
