MONROE - The Monroe Area Swim Team will host a night swim Saturday from 7:15 to 9 p.m. at the Monroe City Pool at Recreation Park.
The night swim will include root beer floats, walking tacos, nachos, popcorn, candy and more.
The cost for the night swim is $2 per person and $7 for a family of four or more. It will cost $1 to just sit on the pool deck. Pool passes don't apply. All of the proceeds from the night swim go to the Monroe Area Swim Team.
The swim meet against Brodhead scheduled for Saturday has been canceled.
