WATERLOO — New Glarus’s Lindsey Schadewalt bested her career-high points in a game yet again in an 82-31 conference victory over Waterloo on Saturday, Jan. 20.
The senior tallied 43 points, going 5-for-6 from the charity stripe with a pair of threes. She also grabbed 11 rebounds for a double-double. The second-highest scorer was Eve MacLean with nine points. As a team, the Knights were 12-for-15 from the free-throw line and 4-for-9 from beyond the arc.
ARGYLE-PECATONICA 65, BLACK HAWK 40
SOUTH WAYNE — The Orioles had doubled up the Warriors at halftime, 33-16, and extended its lead to 25-points in a Six Rivers East Conference contest on Thursday, Jan. 18.
Kylie Butler was one point shy of her career high, finishing with 31 points. She made three of the team’s four 3-pointers, the other coming from Avari Steiner.
Maddy Lange tallied 18 points to pace Black Hawk. Maddy Place also finished in double figures with 12 points.
ALBANY-MONTICELLO 70, JUDA 20
JUDA — With four players in double figures, the Comets cruised to a conference victory over the Panthers on Thursday, Jan. 18. Albany-Monticello’s defense limited Juda to single digits in the second half.
Dalana Trumpy led the way with 14 points, while Abby Hollis, Alana Durtschi and Molly Olson recorded 13 points each.
Kennedi Lerch and Katie Brooks paced the Panthers with six points each.
SENECA 47, JUDA 32
SENECA — The Panthers scored 13 of its 32 points at the free-throw line in a nonconference contest on Saturday, Jan. 20. Lerch tallied nine points.

BRODHEAD — The Cardinals picked up a pair of road wins on Jan. 19-20. Brenley Jones made the and-one with 19 seconds left in Brodhead’s win over Luther at Wisconsin Dells’ Just a Game Fieldhouse. She finished with eight points. Allie Dahl led the team with 13.
In their nonconference contest on Thursday, the Cardinals received 21 points from Dahl. Addison Yates also finished in double figures with 18.
DARLINGTON 43, RIVERDALE 33
MUSCODA — The Redbirds and Chieftains exchanged the lead four times before Darlington pulled away with a nine-point run to end the game on Thursday, Jan. 18.
While the Redbirds shot just 22% from the field, the defense made up for it with 29 turnovers, 10 steals and 16 deflections.
Maddie Gratz and Sadie Goebel led with nine points each. Aubrey McCarthy grabbed nine rebounds, and tallied a team-best four steals. Jaidyn Evenstad recorded three steals and three assists.
DARLINGTON 65, MONROE 22
DARLINGTON — The Redbirds jumped out to a 15-0 lead before the Cheesemakers scored their first points in a nonconference contest on Saturday, Jan. 20. Darlington bested Monroe in all but one category — free-throw percentage (66.7%-62.1%). However, the Redbirds had 20 more attempts at the line than the Cheesemakers.
Goebel led the way with 15 points, going 3-for-4 from beyond the arc. McCarthy followed with 13 points. McCarthy and Evenstad grabbed five rebounds each.
Abbey Matley paced Monroe with eight points. She and Delaney Fortney crashed the glass for four rebounds each.
TURNER 62, MONROE 18
BELOIT — The Cheesemakers mustered just eight points in the second half of a Rock Valley Conference crossover game on Thursday, Jan. 18. Turner made 18 shots from inside the arc, which was how many Monroe attempted.
Despite fouling out of the game, Brinley Roidt led with seven points. Matley grabbed four rebounds with four deflections. Anastasia Lattin also deflected four passes.
