Argyle-Pec Places 4th At SWAL Conference Golf Meet At Barneveld

The Argyle-Pecatonica Golf Team shot a score of 168 to place fourth at the SWAL Conference Meet on May 12 at Deer Valley Golf Course in Barneveld. Mineral Point won the meet with a 152.  Argyle-Pec senior Alex Ruetten led the team with a 38. Senior Max Robertson shot a 42. Argyle-Pec golf coach Chuck Chandler said there was a lot to like about Ruetten and Robinson’s day of golf. “Alex did his part again grinding out a 38. He didn’t have his best stuff but still shot a good score. We got a good round from Max Robertson at the 4th spot in our lineup shooting a 42 but everyone else struggled,” said Chandler. The SWAL Conference Championship will be at Edelweiss Country Club in New Glarus on May 20.
