DODGEVILLE — A Dodgeville-Mineral Point late in the game proved to be the difference in a 3-2 contest for Monroe on Thursday, Aug. 24. 

The Cheesemakers (0-2, 0-0 Rock Valley) overcame a 2-0 deficit with goals from Reece McIntosh and Brock Brandli, but the Dodgers (1-1, 0-0 Southwest Wisconsin) put the game away late in the second half.

Sugar River’s Thursday contest against Milton was rescheduled due to heat. It will be made up on Monday, Oct. 9.
