JUDA - Sophomore Katelyn DeVoe gave the Juda softball team all the run support it needed in the night cap of the doubleheader with a two-run double in the fifth inning that keyed a split with Barneveld and clinched at least a share of the Six Rivers East Conference championship.

It marks Juda's second straight conference title.

Sophomore Amber Ramos helped her own cause when she doubled and then stole third in the sixth. She scored an insurance run on C.J. Dunwiddie's grounder that gave the Panthers a 3-1 win. Barneveld earned a split by winning the first game 4-3.

The Eagles scored two runs in the first inning and six total off Ramos in the first game.
