CASSVILLE - The Juda-Albany softball team erupted for 21 hits, including two home runs, en route to a 13-0, five-inning win over River Ridge-Cassville on Thursday in nonconference action.
Senior Sayde McDermott had a two-run home run, and senior Riley Adkins had a solo homer for Juda-Albany (9-1). Adkins drove in 3 runs and was 2-for-4. McDermott also was 2-for-4.
Senior Sara Jordan was 4-for-4 with 3 RBI, and senior Alexis Goecks was 4-for-4 with two doubles.
Juniors Hailey Kammerer and Maddie Roth were both 3-for-4 with a double each.
Senior Chelsea Burkhalter drove in three runs.
Junior pitcher Nicki Becker earned her ninth win of the season, allowing one hit, striking out five and walking none.
