WISCONSIN DELLS - The Argyle girls basketball used a big fourth quarter surge to start the fourth quarter Saturday against Belmont at JustAGame Fieldhouse.
Argyle went on a 19-7 run in the fourth quarter to seal a 51-42 non-conference win over Belmont. Argyle senior Jenna Langmeier scored a game-high 16 points and sophomore Kayla Butler-Paulson added 13 points. Argyle (15-6, 9-2 Six Rivers East) also got a lift from senior Kylie Johnsen who scored eight points and junior Jozey Thoman who chipped in seven points.
Belmont made just 9 of 20 free throws compared to the Orioles who shot 23 of 31. Belmont's Keegan Kamps scored a team-high 15 points to lead the Braves.
