Devin Joseph Kloepfer passed away on Friday April 26th at Journeycare Hospice House in Barrington, IL, surrounded by mother and stepfather. Born on January 26th, 1993, in Monroe, WI, he was the son of
Kellie ( Wilson ) Wilde and Justin Kloepfer.
Devin's zest for life was adorned with a profound love of music, particularly 80’s rock, which he shared with his father through their guitar sessions. His passion for cinema found solace in classics like The Lion King, The Wizard Of Oz, and Norbit, while his laughter echoed alongside characters from SpongeBob and Tom and Jerry and the Three Stooges.
Renowned for his infectious humor, Devin loved to quote movies, especially Norbit, he never failed to lighten the mood. He found joy in simple pleasures like fishing, swimming, and family gatherings, often bonding over sports games, particularly rooting for the Brewers and the WI Badgers alongside his grandparents, Alan and Emmy Wilson, despite his unwavering loyalty to the Chicago Bears.
"In remembrance of Devin, we honor his legacy by generously donating his eyes, thus granting the gift of sight to someone in need. Through this act of kindness, he not only bestowed vision upon another, but also contributed to advancing medical research, for others with medical conditions like him. Ensuring that his spirit of compassion continues to illuminate the lives of many."
Devin is survived by his Parents.
