Three arrested for marijuana possession

MONROE - Three Monroe residents were arrested for possessing marijuana with the intent to deliver, among other charges, on Tuesday following a stop for speeding.

Austin D. Colliers, 18, Monroe, was charged with possessing THC with intent to deliver-party to a crime, possessing drug paraphernalia, possessing THC, maintaining a drug trafficking vehicle and speeding.

Ryan T. L. Field, 18, Monroe, was charged with possessing THC with the intent to deliver-party to a crime, possessing drug paraphernalia and possessing THC.

Connar S. Koch, 19, Monroe, was charged with possessing THC with the intent to deliver-party to a crime, possessing drug paraphernalia and possessing THC.

At 7:08 p.m. Green County deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding on Franklin Road, near Bethel Road, in Town of Clarno. Suspicious behaviors by the occupants led the deputy to summon the K9 Unit to the scene. The canine alerted to the odor of drugs within the vehicle.

All three occupants were jailed pending court.
