MONROE - Monroe police are looking for a man who exposed himself on two occasions Tuesday near the downtown area.

Monroe Police Chief Fred Kelley described the man as a white male with shaggy sandy-colored hair and wearing a medium gray hooded sweatshirt and baggy jeans.

Kelly said the man exposed himself to two women, one at about 9:30 a.m. in the parking ramp in the 1500 block of 11th Street, and again at about 10 a.m. in the 1600 block of 16th Street.

One of the victims described the man as wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with white lettering. He also was described as a white male.

Kelley said both descriptions were general enough that officers assumed the man in both incidents was the same person. He said it's unlikely there would be two men exposing themselves in the same area of Monroe at approximately the same time of day.

Anyone with information can contact the Monroe Police Department at 329-2400.
