On May 7:

● At 9:15 a.m., officers were called to the 1700 block of 11th Street for a report of a person violating their conditions of bail prohibiting alcohol consumption. The investigation led to the arrest of Amber R. Gassman, 38, of Monroe, on four (4) counts of felony bail jumping, and two (2) misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Gassman was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
