DARLINGTON — On Friday, Nov. 16:
● Lawrence E. Murphy, 63, Hanover, Illinois, reported hitting a deer at 5:08 p.m. on County O, Town of White Oak Springs. No injuries were reported. His 2010 Chevrolet sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
● Minor injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at 9:44 p.m. on County O, Town of Shullsburg. Deputies came upon the accident after following up on a traffic complaint. Rachael M. Burmeister, 41, Mineral Point, was northbound when she lost control of her vehicle, causing it to leave the road and hit a fence. She was arrested and jailed on a fifth-offense felony charge of operating while intoxicated. Shullsburg EMS assisted on scene.
● Diane M. Werner, 53, Cuba City, reported hitting a deer at 11:32 p.m. on Knee Deep Road, Town of Benton. No injuries were reported. Her 2013 Chrysler sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
On Saturday, Nov. 17:
● A deputy responded at 12:58 a.m. to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont. Morgan L. Foster, 19, Taylor Ridge, Illinois, was cited for driving too fast for conditions as a result. Foster’s 2009 Toyota sustained minor damage and was towed.
● Patrick S. McGowen, 37, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 11:42 a.m. on River End Road, Town of Darlington. His 2014 Chevrolet sustained minor damage.
● Jason R. Thompson, 36, Blanchardville, reported hitting a deer at 2:21 p.m. on County F, Town of Blanchard. His 2015 Toyota sustained minor damage.
● Joseph C. Schreiner, 41, Blanchardville, reported hitting a deer at 4:39 p.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Blanchard. His 2003 Pontiac sustained minor damage.
On Sunday, Nov. 18:
● Michael A. Horst, 25, Monroe, reported hitting a deer at 6:16 a.m. on Round Road, Town of Wiota. No injuries were reported. His 2005 Ford sustained minor damage.
● Minor injuries were reported from a milk truck rollover at 9:50 a.m. on County M, Town of Wiota. Keith A. Durst, 50, Richland Center, was driving a 2009 Mack milk truck owned by Kyle Hemmersbach Trucking, Inc. of Plain when he lost control on a corner. The truck went off the road and rolled over. It sustained severe damage and was towed. Woodford First Response, the Woodford Fire Department, Argyle Ambulance Service, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and Monroe Police Department assisted the responding deputy.
● Scott J. Wetter, 23, Platteville, reported hitting a deer at 4:02 p.m. on Burr Oak Road, Town of Kendall. No injuries were reported. His 2011 Ford sustained minor damage.
● James N. Matley, 74, Monroe, reported hitting a deer at 7:14 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Wayne. His 2005 Chevrolet sustained moderate damage and was towed.
● Jose L. Neeley, 19, Brodhead, reported hitting a deer at 10:39 p.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Argyle. His 2018 Ford Fiesta sustained moderate damage and was towed.
On Monday, Nov. 19:
● Tamara L. Gierhart, 40, Argyle, reported hitting a deer at 6:46 a.m. on North Riverbend Road, Town of Wiota. No injuries were reported. Her 2011 Kia sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
● Amber F. Louah, 34, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 10:53 p.m. on County G, Town of Willow Springs. No injuries were reported. Her 2007 Chevrolet sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

● Stacey L. Bergfeld, 34, Monroe, reported hitting a deer at 3:58 p.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne. No injuries were reported. Her 2013 Chevrolet sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
● Lori A. Nodorft, 45, Shullsburg, reported hitting a deer at 5:46 p.m. on County E, Town of Darlington. No injuries were reported. Nodorft’s 2018 Toyota sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
● Carrie J. Chambers, 33, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 5:57 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington. No injuries were reported. Her 2013 Ford sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
● Mary Ellen R. Jacobson, 65, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 7:59 p.m. on Faymont Road, Town of Lamont. No injuries were reported. Her 2015 Jeep sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

● Kristopher J. Weiskircher, 32, Shullsburg, reported hitting a deer at 4:54 a.m. on County O, Town of Shullsburg. His 2017 Ford sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
● Eileen M. Mick, 81, Belmont, reported hitting a deer at 7:37 p.m. on Sales Barn Road, Town of Elk Grove. Her 2007 Chrysler sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
● Kayla J. Teutschmann, 27, Shullsburg, reported hitting a dog at 8:17 p.m. on County W, Town of Benton. Her 2003 Ford sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
On Thursday, Nov. 22:
● Minor injuries were reported for a one-vehicle rollover accident at 1:27 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Seymour. Donald D. Eicher, 82, Darlington, fell asleep behind the wheel, causing his 2003 Dodge to go off the road and overturn. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed. The Darlington Fire and Police Departments and Green County EMS of Darlington assisted a deputy on scene.
● Kimberly J. Hull, 42, Gratiot, reported hitting a deer at 5:55 p.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Gratiot. Hull’s 2007 Chrysler sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
● Paul A. Wantschik, 40, Platteville, reported hitting a deer at 10:19 p.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont. His 2017 Volkswagen sustained moderate damage and was towed.
On Friday, Nov. 23:
● No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at 4:27 a.m. in the Town of Belmont. Ian J. Carter, 18, Belmont, was traveling on West Mound Road when his vehicle left the road and entered the ditch. His 1997 Ford sustained moderate damage and was towed. Southwest Health EMS and the Platteville Fire and Police Departments assisted on scene.
● No injuries and minor damages were reported from a two-vehicle accident at 8:58 a.m. in Shullsburg. Phillip T. Mowbray, 58, Platteville, was driving a 2008 International garbage truck on North Judgement Street when he hit a parked 2002 Buick owned by David C. Masbruch, 71, Belmont.
● Lisa A. Klein, 58, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 4:51 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Lamont. No injuries were reported. Her 2015 Chevrolet sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
● Jason A. Flannery, 27, Argyle, reported hitting a deer at 4:56 p.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Argyle. No injuries were reported. His 2004 Chevrolet sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
● Dennis J. Vondran, 66, Scales Mound, Illinois, reported hitting a deer at 6:10 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of New Diggings. No injuries were reported. HIs 2015 GMC sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
● Joe M. Sprinkle, 65, Monroe, reported hitting a deer at 8:17 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Gratiot. No injuries were reported. His 2011 Hyundai sustained moderate damage and was towed.
● No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle rollover crash at 11:21 p.m. on County W, Town of Benton. Dan B. Campbell, 40, Hendersonville, Tennessee, was westbound when he lost control of his vehicle, causing it to enter the ditch, strike a fence, roll over and come to rest on its side. No injuries were reported. Campbell’s 2017 Hyundai sustained severe damage and was towed. Campbell was cited for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle. The Benton Fire Department, Benton First Response, Hazel Green EMS and Grant County Sheriff’s Office assisted deputies on scene.
Monroe Police
MONROE — No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident at 16th Street and 17th Avenue at 10:48 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28. Alyiah N. McNett, 16, Monroe, collided with a legally parked vehicle, causing minor damage to both vehicles. She was cited for driving too fast for conditions.
Green County Sheriff
MONROE — No injuries were reported after a semi driver collided with an unoccupied Green County Highway Department truck and trailer parked at the intersection of County K and County P at 10:40 a.m. Monday, Nov. 26. Timothy J. Huber, 60, Lena, was northbound on County P and attempting to turn east onto County K when he struck the truck, which was parked on the road. The Highway Department truck sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene. The semi had no damage. The semi-trailer sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
On Wednesday, Nov. 28:
● Sydney L. Freitag, 17, Browntown, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash reported at 9:43 p.m. in the Town of Clarno. She was southbound on Clarno Road when she tried to turn west onto Town Center Road, lost control of the vehicle due to the snow-covered road and hit a stop sign. The vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
● William J. Doeseckle, 18, New Glarus, was injured in a one-vehicle crash reported at 10:19 p.m. in the W2100 block of Wis. 92, Town of Brooklyn. He was westbound when he lost control on a curve. The vehicle went into the ditch and overturned. Doeseckle declined medical treatment. He was cited for deviating from a designated lane. His passenger, Sydney R. Doeseckle, 20, New Glarus, was uninjured in the crash and cited for underage drinking. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed.
