Wendell Norquay 1935-2017
Wendell James Norquay, age 82, passed away Dec. 1, 2017 due to a heart attack. He was born in Hamilton, Montana to Joseph and Claire Norquay. Three days after a magical meeting at a roller rink, Wendell married Rita Darlene Kelly on April 18, 1958 in Corvallis, Montana. In 1974 they moved to Juda, WI to become dairy farmers. Wendell raised and is survived by his 5 sons, Joseph (Shirley), James, John (Cherie), Jeffrey and Jason (Christy). If you attended a Juda football game or wrestling match in the late 70's or early 80's, chances are you heard Wendell cheering on the team. His sons say he never missed one of their sporting events. Rita preceded him in death on March 4, 2011. Wendell then moved to AZ to live near his brother, Mike, and bask in the sun for the rest of his days.
Wendell's family would love to have you help celebrate his life. A memorial luncheon will be held at the Juda Community Center Saturday, May 12, 2018 from 11am until 2 pm.
