Green County Sheriff

MONROE - A vehicle driven by Ronald E. Grigsby, 49, Brodhead, collided with a deer at about 4:45 a.m. Monday in the N7300 block of Wis. 69 in the Town of Washington. The vehicle received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

- A vehicle driven by Ralph J. Sellnow, 78, Monroe, collided with a passing deer at about 6:45 a.m. Monday on Wis. 59, west of Balls Mill Road in the Town of Sylvester. The vehicle received minor damage and was driven from the scene.

- Jon D. Boone, 36, Monticello, reported colliding with a deer at about 7 p.m. Monday on Sandy Hook Road, south of Behnke Road, in the Town of Brooklyn. His vehicle received severe damage and was towed from the scene.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Pamela A. Larson , 51, Darlington, reported striking a deer at about 2:45 p.m. Monday on Riverside Road in the Town of Wiota.

- Stephanie L. Hartzell, 23, Warren, Ill., reported striking a deer at about 11 p.m. Monday on County W in the Town of New Diggings.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 9:45 a.m. Oct. 25 at Wisconsin 69 and 6th Ave. Police report a vehicle driven by Lynn A. Johnson Wittsell, 47, New Glarus, collided with a vehicle driven by James C. Grant. The vehicle received minor damage. Johnson Wittsell was cited for driving without a license and driving without insurance.

MONROE - One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 7:30 a.m. Sunday on Wis. 59 in Monroe township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Jose Inacio Sanchez Brave, 18, Monroe, failed to negotiate a curve, went into a ditch and then hit a driveway entrance. The vehicle went airborne and rolled onto its top. He was taken to the Monroe Clinic Hospital. He was cited for inattentive driving and driving without a license.

- No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 8:15 a.m. Friday on County CC north of County W in Exeter township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by William A. Frontzak, 39, Monroe, was crossing a one-lane bridge that was under construction when he was forced into the opposite lane by another vehicle, which left the scene. Frontzak's vehicle hit some barricades. His vehicle received minor damage.

- A vehicle driven by Karen E. Michek, 39, Oregon, collided with a deer at about 6:30 a.m. Friday in the N8500 block of County E in Brooklyn township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

- A vehicle driven by Teresa K. Curtis, 39, Madison, collided with a deer at about 7:30 p.m. Friday in the W5700 block of County C in Washington township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

- A vehicle driven by Ricky A. Nafzger, 46, Monroe, collided with a deer at about 9:45 a.m. Saturday on Wis. 11 near County M in Cadiz township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

- A vehicle driven by Tyler J. Newcomer, 20, Monroe, collided with a deer at about 10:15 a.m. Saturday on Melvin Road. The vehicle received moderate damage.

- A vehicle driven by Harry L. Turner, 81, Monticello, collided with a deer at about 7 p.m. Saturday on County C in Mount Pleasant township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

- A vehicle driven by Nicholas M. Dunlavey, 29, Brodhead, collided with a deer at about 9:30 p.m. Saturday in the W4700 block of Wis. 11. The vehicle received extensive damage.

- A vehicle driven by Efren A. Herrera, 28, Jefferson, collided with a deer at about 3:15 a.m. Sunday on Wis. 69 North in Monroe township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

- A vehicle driven by Theresa M. Wittenwyler, 60, Monticello, collided with a deer at about 11:30 a.m. Sunday on Wis. 69 near Cold Springs Road. The vehicle received moderate damage.

- A vehicle driven by Joachim E. Fritz, 50, Albany, collided with a deer at about 6:15 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 59 near Decatur/Sylvester Road. The vehicle received moderate damage.

- A vehicle driven by Kent A. Carl, 52, Sterling, Ill., collided with a deer at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 69 at Dean Lane. The vehicle received moderate damage.

- A vehicle driven by Duane C. Zimmerman, 59, Monroe, collided with a deer at about 8 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 69 near Dean Lane. The vehicle received moderate damage.

- A vehicle driven by Barbara J. Lowe, 61, Stoughton, collided with a deer at about 8:15 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 59 east of County F. The vehicle received moderate damage.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 9:15 a.m. Saturday on Wis. 126 in Elk Grove township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Douglas L. Riechers, 62, Cuba City, began to slow to make a turn into a driveway and was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Zachary L. Wedige, 16, Shullsburg. Riechers sustained minor injuries but declined medical treatment. His vehicle received moderate damage. Wedige's vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.

- One person was injured in an all-terrain vehicle accident at about 3:15 p.m. Saturday on the Fayette ATV trail in Willow Springs township. Deputies report Chad M. St. George, 38, Galesburg, Ill., lost control of his ATV and was thrown. He was taken to Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County by Rural Medical Ambulance.

- No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 6:15 a.m. Friday at a business parking lot on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Nathan L. Blackbourn, 29, Shullsburg, pulled into a gas pump area and hit a vehicle owned by David Leitzinger, Shullsburg, and occupied by Kayla A. Leitzinger. Blackbourn told deputies he couldn't see due to frost on his windshield.

- No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 6:30 p.m. Friday on Main Street in Gratiot. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Gerald Myers, 82, Gratiot, backed into a passing vehicle driven by Dejay C. Warrell, 16, Gratiot. The vehicles received minor damage.

- A vehicle driven by Steven J. Smith, 49, Darlington, collided with a deer at about 7 a.m. Saturday on Wis. 23 in Willow Springs township. The vehicle received minor damage.

- A vehicle driven by Patsy E. Broge, 52, Shullsburg, collided with a horse at about 5 a.m. Saturday on White School Road in Monticello township. Her vehicle received moderate damage.

- A vehicle driven by Joshua J. Nielsen, 25, Darlington, collided with a deer at about 11:15 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 23 in Willow Springs township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

- A vehicle driven by Amanda L. Graesslin, 27, South Wayne, collided with a deer at about 9:30 a.m. Sunday on Wis. 78 in Wiota township. The vehicle received extensive damage.
