GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF
MONROE - On Thursday:
• A motorcyclist was injured at 4:26 a.m. after a truck vs. motorcycle collision at the intersection of Clarno Road and Melvin Road, Town of Clarno. John C. Maveus, 48, Monroe, struck the motorcycle of Todd S. Burkhalter, 47, Monroe. Burkhalter declined medical attention for his injuries. Maveus was cited for failing to yield the right of way from a stop sign. Maveus's truck sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene, while Burkhalter's motorcycle sustained severe damage and was towed.
• No injuries were reported after Scott Weinkes, Platteville, struck a deer in the W1200 block of Wisconsin 59, Town of Albany.
LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF
DARLINGTON - No injuries were reported at 4:45 a.m. Wednesday after January J. Meylor, 40, Mineral Point, struck a deer on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington. Her vehicle sustained minor damage.
No injuries were reported at 5:47 p.m. Thursday after Jason D. Furman, 26, Darlington, struck a deer on Wis. 11, Town of Wayne. His vehicle sustained minor damage.
