MONROE - On Wednesday, Oct. 30:
Gregrey D. Isely, 54, Argyle, was uninjured when he hit two Black Angus cattle in the road in the W6800 block of County C in Washington Township. Deputies were called to the area at 1:38 a.m. for a report of cattle in the road. While en route, Isely called to report the accident. The vehicle sustained severe front-end damage and was driven from the scene. The cattle owner, Dwaine J. Thoman, 66, Monticello, was contacted and responded to the scene.
Connie S. Wyssbrod, 46, Monroe, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 6:55 a.m. in the area of Wis. 69 at Holloway Road in Washington Township. The vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage. Wyssbrod drove it from the scene.
Gunnar C. Syverson, 21, Blanchardville, reported no injuries from a deer vs. vehicle crash at 7:17 a.m. in the W8400 block of Wis. 39 in York Township. The collision caused moderate front-end damage. Syverson drove the vehicle from the scene.
Linda L. Amundson, 59, Brodhead, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 9:34 a.m. on County E just west of Golf Course Road in Decatur Township. The collision caused minor damage to the passenger headlight area. The vehicle was driven from the scene.
No injuries were reported at 12:40 p.m. from a two-vehicle crash on Wis. 69 at Holloway Road in Washington Township. Barry L. Paar, 48, Lodi, was stopped in a line of northbound cars, all waiting for a vehicle to turn left on Holloway Road, when another northbound vehicle, driven by Shondra Marie Ladwig, 18, Juda, rearended him. The Ladwig vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage and was towed. The Paar vehicle had minor bumper damage. Paar drove it from the scene.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday, Oct. 30:
Melvin E. Vacha, 70, and his passenger Terry L. Yanna, 66, both of Platteville, were uninjured in a heavy truck rollover accident reported at 8:59 a.m. in Elk Grove Township. Vacha was westbound on Center Drive, going too fast, when he turned too wide onto Bentley Lane. The truck, a 1999 Sterling owned by Innovative Ag Services, dropped off the shoulder, overturned into the ditch on the driver's side and hit a fence. The truck was moderately damaged and towed. The Belmont Fire, EMS and Police Departments assisted at the scene.
Laverne W. Russell, 31, Mineral Point, reported no injuries from a horse vs. vehicle accident at 5:13 p.m. on County C in Willow Springs Township. He was driving slowly past a horse loose in the road when the horse kicked his 2005 Pontiac Aztek, causing minor damage.
