MONROE - Minor injuries reported in a two-vehicle accident at 20th Avenue and 9th Street. Paul A. Bakko, 48, Monroe, reported minor injuries but declined EMS after his vehicle hit another vehicle being driven by a 49-year-old man from Monroe. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage. Bakko was cited at 9:06 p.m. for failure to stop at a stop sign.

• No injuries were reported in a hit-and-run accident to an Amish buggy on County XX, Belmont Township, at 8:55 a.m. The accident remains under investigation.
• A deputy responded at 1:50 p.m. to a hit-and-run accident on County J, Benton Township. The accident remains under investigation.
