Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Sunday:

• Jason A. Flannery, 22, Argyle, was uninjured in a deer vs. truck accident in the N5700 block of County J, Town of Adams, at 12:17 a.m. Flannery was southbound when a deer ran into the roadway and hit his truck. The truck sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle crash in the W5000 block of Wisconsin 59, Town of Monroe. Francisco Gomez-Bartolo, 21, Monroe, was eastbound when he attempted to pull the vehicle over and became stuck in the ditch. Gomez-Bartolo was cited at 10:23 p.m. for driving without a valid license. A passenger, Javier Ramirez, 18, Monroe, was cited for underage drinking, third offense. The vehicle sustained no damage and was removed from the ditch by a tow service. The occupants were released to a valid driver, pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Beth M. Bechtolt, 52, Orangeville, sustained minor injuries Saturday in an ATV accident on the Cheese Count Trail, Wayne Township. Bechtolt was arrested at 9:49 p.m. for driving while intoxicated on an ATV. She was released to a responsible party.

• Brandon S. Richardson, 24, South Wayne, received non-life-threatening injuries Sunday following a one-vehicle crash on West Center Street, Village of South Wayne. Richardson was westbound and his vehicle failed to negotiate a turn, hitting a cement embankment of a residence. Richardson's 2012 Dodge Avenger sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene. Richardson was transported to the hospital via EMS. He was arrested at 7:50 p.m. for driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to fasten his seatbelt, criminal damage to property and domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct. He remains jailed. South Wayne First Response, South Wayne Fire, Monroe Ambulance and Wisconsin State Patrol assisted at the scene.
