MONROE - Troy Ludwig, 51, Monroe, and a 19-year-old Monroe man were involved in a collision at 10:16 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of 15th Avenue and 11th Street in Monroe. Both vehicles sustained severe damage. Ludwig was cited for failure to yield right of way from a stop sign.

• Patrick W. Krutza, 66, Monroe, reported striking a deer at 7:44 a.m. on Wisconsin 78 in the Town of Argyle.
• Gary M. Switzky, 68, DeForest, reported striking a deer at 9:42 p.m. on U.S. 151 in the Town of Kendall.
