MONROE - One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 2700 block of Sixth Street. Jon L. Wagner, 63, Monroe, backed into a building, causing severe damage to the vehicle. Mary M. Swiggum, South Wayne, was inside the building and received minor injuries. Wagner was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant, third offense. Wagner was jailed pending a court appearance.

DARLINGTON - Nicole A. Faull, 18, Linden, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign following a traffic stop at about 10:15 p.m. Wednesday in Belmont township.
• A vehicle driven by Katie M. Robelia, 26, Benton, hit a deer at about 5 p.m. Wednesday on County W in White Oak Springs township.
• A vehicle driven by Curtis L. Brown, 28, Monroe, hit a deer at about 10:15 p.m. Wednesday on Wisconsin 11 in Shullsburg township.
