Green County Sheriff

MONROE - One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the 2200 block of County EE. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Luke A. Kasten, 18, Albany, failed to negotiate a curve, left the road and overturned. Kasten sustained injuries and was taken to Monroe Clinic by Albany Emergency Medical Services. He was cited for failure to maintain control of a vehicle and released pending court. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday on County F east of Park Road in Decatur township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Kelly M. Wellnitz, 21, Brodhead, left the road and hit a fence. The vehicle received moderate damage and was towed.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 7 a.m. Friday on U.S. Highway 151 in Kendall township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Karen R. Pate, 55, Sand Lake, Mich., left the road and rolled. Pate was taken to Upland Hills Health Center for injuries. Her vehicle received extensive damages and was towed.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 6:30 p.m. Friday on Mine Road in Elk Grove township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Gina M. Stevenson, 16, Cuba City, failed to negotiate a curve. She was cited for failure to control a vehicle and released pending court. The vehicle received extensive damage.

Monroe Police

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 9:45 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of 21st Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Donna I. Davis, 76, Freeport, Ill., pulled out of a parking lot and hit a vehicle driven by Mary J. Robertson, 72, Monroe. Davis was cited for failure to yield the right of way while making a left turn. Both vehicles received moderate damage.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 8:45 p.m. July 1 at the Town Edge Restaurant in the 1400 block of Second Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Kenneth C. Roth, 70, The Villages, Fla., hit a vehicle owned by Larry D. Daehn, 69, New Glarus. Roth sustained minor injuries and declined medical attention. The vehicles received minor damages.

• Police are investigating a hit-and-run to a vehicle owned by Michael T. Buol, 42, New Glarus, that was reported at about 2 p.m. Sunday. Buol reported his vehicle was hit and received minor damage between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Sunday. Anyone with information can contact the New Glarus Police Department at (608) 527-2145.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Jerilyn Reihl, 22, Brodhead, was cited for hit-and-run of an unattended vehicle and failure to notify police of an accident at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of First Center Avenue. She was released pending court.
