MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident a about 2 p.m. Monday in the W600 block of Wisconsin 81, Town of Spring Grove. Deputies report Benjamin J. Huber, 25, Monroe, was northbound on Wisconsin 81 when he slowed to turn off into a business. Warren H. Sawvel, 88, Beloit, was following Huber when he failed to slow down and collided with Benjamin's vehicle.

The airbags in Warren's vehicle deployed and the vehicle was towed from the scene. Benjamin's vehicle received minor damage and was driven from the scene. Warren will be cited for inattentive driving and failure to fasten seatbelt.

• No one was injured in a roll-over accident at about 7:45 p.m. Monday in the N8800 block of the subdivision on Badger Road in the Town of York. Deputies report the Sheriff's Department received complaints of two trucks speeding and driving recklessly. Upon arrival, deputies found a red truck parked in the middle of the road in the subdivision and no one was around. Deputies report that the truck had crashed and rolled over. Drivers of both trucks returned to the scene. The driver of the truck that rolled over was Dallas D. Boley, 16, Belleville. Boley failed to negotiate a curve in the subdivision, causing his truck to overturn, coming to a rest on its roof.

Boley's truck received severe damage and was towed from the scene. Boley was cited for unreasonable and imprudent speed and failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle.

The driver of the other truck, Gavin D. Klosterman, 16, New Glarus, was able to maintain control of his truck and did not crash while driving through the subdivision. Klosterman will be cited for unreasonable and imprudent speed. Both subjects were released pending court.
