Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Tuesday:

• Aaron Paul Siegenthaler, 37, New Glarus, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle accident that occurred on Wisconsin 69 south of County H, Town of New Glarus, at 1:42 a.m. Siegenthaler was southbound on Wis. 69 when a deer ran into the roadway and hit his vehicle. The vehicle was moderately damaged and was driven from the scene.

• Cassandra M. Trumpy, 17, Monticello, was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash on Washington Road east of Fieldwood Court, Town of Washington, at 8:28 a.m. Trumpy was eastbound on Washington Road when she lost control of her vehicle in a curve, went off the roadway and hit a tree. The vehicle was moderately damaged and was driven from the scene.

• Lance T. Altmann, 44, Monroe, was uninjured in a deer vs. truck accident that occurred on County J south of Skinner Hollow Road, Town of Adams, at 6 p.m. Altmann was southbound on County J when a deer ran into the roadway and hit his truck. The truck sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday:

• A deputy responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on Wisconsin 11, Gratiot Township, at 7:49 a.m.

• Tristan K. Legrand, 19, Hazel Green, was cited at 11:45 a.m. for failure to maintain control of a vehicle and hit-and-run property damage after his vehicle hit a fence on Beebe Road, Benton Township.

• Jessica L. Saalsaa 32, Darlington, reported hitting a deer with her vehicle on County G, Argyle Township, at 4:58 p.m.

• Login G. Swearingen, 17, Blanchardville, was uninjured in a one-vehicle accident on Old Q Road, Blanchard Township, at 8:56 p.m. Swearingen was northbound and attempted to avoid a deer in the roadway and his vehicle hit a tree. The vehicle sustained damage and was towed from the scene.
