BRODHEAD POLICE

BRODHEAD - On Dec. 23, no injuries were reported at 1:35 p.m. after a crash in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue. No citations were issued, as the crash occurred on private property.



NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - On Sunday, a vehicle in a ditch was reported at 7:30 a.m. in the 1400 block of Wis. 69. The vehicle was extricated without damage.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Friday:

• No injuries were reported after Timothy C. Stechschulte, 54, Argyle, struck a deer on County N, Town of New Glarus.

• No injuries were reported after a crash was discovered in the W2300 block of County E, Town of Albany. A 1998 Lincoln Navigator was found overturned in a ditch, with the driver apparently having fled the scene. The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information on the incident can contact the Green County Sheriff's Office. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.

• No injuries were reported after a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of County E and Golf Course Road, Town of Decatur. Leigh A. Whitehead, 55, Albany, struck the vehicle of Tony E. Zimmerman, 42, Brodhead, while attempting to turn onto County E. Both vehicles sustained moderate to severe damage and were towed from the scene.

On Saturday, no injuries were reported after Kelsey R. Legler, 27, Belleville, struck a deer in the W5200 block of County W, Town of New Glarus.

On Monday:

• No injuries were reported at 11:30 a.m. after Ana E. Hernandez-Velasquez, 38, Belvedere, Illinois, rear-ended the vehicle of Andrew J. Ermey, 51, Monroe, after the latter pulled ahead of the former abruptly in the W4100 block of Wis. 11, Town of Sylvester. Ermey was cited for failing to yield the right of way from a stop sign. Hernandez-Velasquez was cited for driving without vehicle insurance. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and were driven from the scene.

• No injuries were reported at 6:51 p.m. after Philip D. Hoffman, 32, Monroe, backed into a parked vehicle in the N2300 block of Bloom Lane, Town of Clarno. Hoffman's vehicle sustained minor damage. The parked vehicle sustained moderate damage.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Friday, no injuries were reported at 5:04 p.m. after Ronald D. Owens, 56, Beloit, struck a deer on County G, Town of Belmont. His vehicle sustained minor damage.

On Monday, multiple vehicle slide-offs were reported throughout the county.
