MONROE - One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 7:45 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 17th Street and 16th Avenue. Police report a vehicle driven by Amber Corning, 28, Monroe, collided with a vehicle driven by Kalisha M. Welty, 31, Monroe. Welty was transported to Monroe Clinic emergency room for non-life threatening injuries.Corning was cited for failure to yield.
- One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 12:15 p.m. Monday in the 500 block of N 18th Avenue. Police report a vehicle driven by James A. Gentry, 53, Monroe, collided with a vehicle operated by Cynthia J. Lederman, 54, Monticello, Gentry was transported to Monroe Clinic for non-life threatening injuries. Gentry was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign.

MONROE - No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at about 8:15 a.m. Monday in the N4600 Block of Wisconsin 69. Deputies report Kenneth W. Feist, 55, Middleton, was southbound when he came to a slow-moving vehicle near the end of the three lanes. Feist was attempting to pass the vehicle on the right in the slower vehicle lane when he drove onto the soft shoulder, which caused his vehicle to enter the ditch line. The vehicle collided with the embankment. The vehicle received minor vehicle damage and was driven from the scene.
- No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident at about 10:45 a.m. Monday on Franklin Road at Honey Creek Road in the Town of Clarno. Deputies report Larry H. Ziltener, 65, Monroe, was operating a Caterpillar with a snow blade on the front while doing winter highway maintenance for the Town of Clarno. Ziltener was westbound when a vehicle crested the hill and collided with the Caterpillar. Roberto Torres Lopez, 30, Freeport, had lost control of his vehicle on the snow-covered roadway when he collided with the Caterpillar. The Lopez vehicle received severe damage and was towed from the scene. The Caterpillar received no damage.
- One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 12:45 p.m. Tuesday in the N4000 block of Park Road in the Town of Decatur.
- Deputies report Angela Kay Geiwitz, 34, Brodhead, was northbound when she lost control of her vehicle while talking on the cell phone. Geiwitz sustained an injury. The vehicle received moderate from striking a small tree and was towed from the scene.
- No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at about 5:15 p.m. Tuesday in the N 5000 block of County E in the Town of Albany. Deputies report William H. Pryce, 63, Brodhead, stated he was southbound when he swerved to miss a deer. The vehicle entered the east ditch line and struck a couple small trees before coming to rest. The vehicle received minor damage and was towed from the scene. Pryce was arrested for first offense operate while under the Influence and cited for prohibited alcohol concentration, failure to maintain control and operating left of center. He was released pending court. Albany Police Department also responded.
